Please be aware that Valet service is not complimentary and carries a flat rate of $20.00 regardless of the pick up route or services purchased. Pick up and drop offs are done in fixed time blocks . On the day of your service for your area/route, pick up times are between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. with drop offs being being between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. please ensure your are present to send and receive your pet. Pets who are not received by scheduled drop off times will be charged an over-night fee of $200.00
